"Establishing and maintaining relationships is the key to success in this industry.”
Experience:
Joe began working at Highland Commercial in 2011 as a loan processor while obtaining his degree in psychology from the University of Utah. Joe soon learned that simplifying the closing process for the client was where his strength really was. Since graduating, Joe has helped close more than $500 million in long-term loans. His knowledge and expertise minimize the burden placed on the borrower and streamline the closing process.
Joe also recently became Highland Commercial’s newest agent. He hopes to apply the lessons and knowledge he has gained through closing loans to the world of property brokerage.
When not at work, Joe can be found playing sand volleyball, basketball, on the golf course, or scaling the mountain ridges of Utah in search of bull elk. Joe and his wife Carlie live in Layton, Utah with Parker, their son, and a baby on the way.
Education:
University of Utah
B.A. Psychology
