“I’ve found that doing the hard work—finding answers to the difficult questions about a property—is critical to a successful transaction.”
Experience:
Dan has worked at Highland Commercial for 13 years, taking a break in 2005 to get his law degree. As an agent and office manager for Highland Commercial, he has helped clients buy and sell over $240 million in real estate, including development land, commercial/industrial properties, and farm/ranch land. Dan’s creative approach to each project includes contract negotiation, property research, title issues, creation of marketing materials, advertising, due diligence, and closing. Clients have included banks, bankruptcy trustees, the FDIC, corporations, and private parties.
While in law school, Dan completed internships with Holland and Hart, the Utah Fourth District Court, and the White House Office of Administration in Washington, D.C., focusing on real estate and contract litigation. When out of the office, Dan enjoys hiking the Wasatch Mountains and fly fishing.
